Center for Arkansas Legal Services - Intake/ Integrated System

Following a series of program mergers, Arkansas decided to go with a single case management system for the entire state.  Arkansas implemented a case management system based on an ASP model – application service provider – meaning all access to the case management system is through a web browser.  Arkansas also created a single toll-free number available statewide that uses geophysical routing to appropriately place the call at the correct office.   (eval comments?)
