Bay Area Legal Aid –Infrastructure/ Case Management System
When three programs merged into one, they needed to integrate their systems so that all users were connected and using a single case management system. Using TIG funding, in 2000 the programs successfully migrated to a single case management system. Building on the work of the first grant, in 2003 they received a second grant to create a single centralized intake system for the program.
Legal Aid of North Carolina - Case Management System
This grant provided funding to purchase Legal Files, a case management system previously used only by private law firms, and to customize it for use by a legal services program. This project successfully modified the software and subsequently more programs have adopted Legal Files as their case management system.
