TIG Evaluation Plans

Recipients of non-website grants will receive a second grant payment once they submit an approved evaluation plan. The plan must be submitted using the TIG Evaluation Plan form. To help you prepare your plan, a form with instructional and guidance information is also provided. A separate evaluation plan template is provided for HotDocs projects. TIG Final Reports
